Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across all areas of the facility based on patient evaluation requests and treatment plan needs, including the inpatient rehab unit.
• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized therapeutic plans of care.
• Build and direct therapeutic plans of care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional outcomes.
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements: Navy Blue HCA scrubs required.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
• Ability to float to all areas of the facility as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with HCA Meditech electronic health records system.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
