Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional independence and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• NBCOT certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Ability to begin assignment on or around November 2, 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) environment
• Familiarity with IRF documentation and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
