Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
Location: Everett, WA
Assignment: 13 Weeks
Type: Local or Travel
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
40 hours per week
No on-call
No weekends
30 units per week
No guaranteed hours
Full-time available
Experience Preferred:
Prior Home Health experience
OASIS experience
HCHB experience
Requirements:
Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license - Required
Current CPR certification - Required
Valid driver's license - Required
Reliable transportation and auto insurance - Required
2 years of Occupational Therapist experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy - Required
Protouch Staffing Job ID #PROTOUCHEXT-89314. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
