Floating Requirement - If census is low option to share to a neighboring facility vs call off. No float requirement.
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Occupational Therapy License.
Adult Acute care experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience in ICU
Willing to work Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
Experience with post op ortho patients
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Joint replacements, general surgery, GI surgery, I&Ds, Bariatric surgery.
