Floating is required to other sites (AHBD, AHDL, AHSB) as needed depending on staffing and census, though AHTV would be their main site.Education and Work degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Two years' occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/ Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/ Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
