Guaranteed Hours

Pay Rate: $51.00 - $59.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assess functional limitations and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living, mobility, and self-care skills
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Promote patient independence and quality of life through rehabilitation services
