Key Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation and analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected patient outcomes
• Employ strategies to promote health and maintain a safe care environment
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team in the conduct of nursing practice
• Integrate ethical provisions and current research findings into all areas of nursing practice
• Maintain timely completion of all required education, trainings, and certifications in accordance with applicable regulatory and policy requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, or AAN)
• Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN or BAN)
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
• Prior outpatient clinic experience
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) operating systems
