Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), with variable start times at 7:00 and 9:00. Weekend coverage required. On-call distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks (up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period, including nights, evenings, and weekends). May need to cover one night shift within contract as needed.

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent OR nursing experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required; must have experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to float to affiliated facilities in the region
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Local candidates accepted (50-mile radius rule applies)
