Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Specialty position located in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves providing surgical care within a busy acute care facility, supporting a variety of complex procedures. The position requires experienced OR professionals to ensure efficient and safe patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience in operating room settings, California licensure in hand, BLS certification, experience with Epic charting system, trauma level I or II experience preferred, and previous experience in acute care hospitals.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma, neuro, vascular, and ortho experience; experience working in high-acuity surgical units.
• Additional Information: Night shifts may need coverage, and candidates must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Certified OR nurses with trauma, ortho, vascular, neuro, plastics, and ENT experience preferred. Willingness to float between units and sister facilities is required. Travelers' refusal to float may impact assignment continuity.
