Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM), with variable start times at 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM. Weekend coverage required. On-call shifts distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks (6-8 shifts per 6-week period, including nights, evenings, and weekends). May need to cover one night shift within contract as needed.

• Comprehensive OR experience with trauma, neuro, vascular, ortho, robotics, general, GU, and GYN cases
• Epic charting system with 40 hours of paid orientation

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent OR nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required, with demonstrated competency in trauma, neuro, vascular, and ortho procedures
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to float between sister facilities as needed
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
