We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Orthopedics/Spine or Robotics experience for a contract position in New Haven, CT. This role offers the opportunity to work in a leading acute-care hospital, recognized as a Level I Trauma Center with a total of 1,567 staffed beds.

As an Operating Room RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures and provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage anesthesia as required.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Strong background in Orthopedics/Spine or Robotics experience preferred.
• Ability to work Day shifts (4x10-Hour) or alternative Mid shifts (4x10-Hour).
• No weekends or on-call required.

Charting is done via Epic, and scrub colors will be provided. Parking is available at a cost of $125/month.
