- 19 Operating Room suites; 17 rooms are blocked
- Average 50 surgical cases per day
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted

Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- North Carolina RN License
- CNOR certification preferred but not required
Required Skills
- Experience circulating in various surgical cases including trauma, orthopedic, spine, cardiovascular, gynecology, robotics, general, bariatric, urology, ENT, and more.
- For night shift contracts, candidates must have charge nurse experience and proficiency in scrubbing.
- Ability to perform laparoscopic and open surgeries, orthopedic trauma, cystoscopy, vascular procedures, and robotics is advantageous.
- Must be flexible, self-driven, and a motivated team player to accommodate case requests during night shifts.

Orientation and Scheduling
- New Employee Orientation (NEO) followed by 2 days of departmental training.
- Weekend rotation every 4th weekend with coverage possibly consisting of call or scheduled shifts.
- Average of 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule, with a 45-minute response time required.
- Holiday expectations include working 75% of designated holidays.
- Schedule approvals for request time off (RTO) must be obtained from management.
