Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency standards among clinical staff
• Contribute to appropriate resource management related to patient care at the unit level

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Operating Room clinical experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in scrub and/or circulator roles within the OR
• Familiarity with surgical workflows and perioperative care standards
