Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards
• Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction
• Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients
• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting, including support for a variety of surgical specialties
• Maintain compliance with all required vaccinations and facility credentialing requirements prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 2+ years of recent General OR experience required
• Experience in GYN, bariatrics, vascular, orthopedics, neurology, and plastics required
• COVID vaccination required — declinations not accepted
• Flu vaccination required — declinations not accepted
• Must be willing to work the facility's schedule without scheduling restrictions
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Local candidates are welcome — no radius rule applies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Broad surgical specialty experience across multiple OR service lines
• Familiarity with reverse invoicing timekeeping processes
• Strong adaptability to facility scheduling needs and OR workflows
