Job Requirements:
- 1 year of RN experience required
- Active compact license accepted
- BLS
- ACLS
Preferred Experience:
- Admitting and Phase II Recovery
Required Skills:
- PreOp assessment and patient education
- Pre/Post-operative patient care
- Phase II Recovery and discharge
- Pre-admission testing
- Medication reconciliation
- Obtaining operative/procedural consent
- Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia recognition
- Pain assessment and management
- Conscious sedation, general anesthesia, MAC, local anesthesia and nerve blocks
- Narcotic/opioid administration and reversal agents
- Isolation precautions and PPE
