Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 18 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM), Monday–Friday with rotating day off | On-call rotation required including weekends, weeknights, overnights, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a 10-OR suite serving a diverse surgical patient population including General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart cases
• Operate and manage various OR equipment throughout surgical procedures
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation covering weekday nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays as required
• Demonstrate ability to anticipate surgical team needs, adapt quickly to changing case assignments, and function as a self-directed team member
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications including ACLS and PALS (AHA only)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS certification (AHA only)
• PALS certification (AHA only)
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Expected 36 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Robotics training or experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Experience with Vascular and/or Open Heart surgical cases
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR in a perioperative setting
