Job Description

Our client, a renowned healthcare institution, is looking for a Registered Nurse - Operating Room to start right away in Newton, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and determine patients' health status using multiple data sources.
  • Develop and implement individualized Nursing Plans of Care.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and document patient responses.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately using BMV scanning.
  • Lead and supervise patient care activities, including crisis management.

Qualifications

  • Valid RN license and certification.
  • Proven experience in surgical or operating room settings.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and care planning.
