Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
• Contribute to the competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Participate in OR call rotation, including weeknight and weekend call assignments as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts or compact equivalent
• Operating Room clinical experience required
• Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel nurse

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a non-trauma surgical environment
• Familiarity with scrub and circulating roles in the OR
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities, including overnight and weekend rotations
