Description:
Profession: OR RN (proficient in all specialties, particularly ortho, breast/plastics, urology, GYN, and general)
Unit: Outpatient Pavilion
Schedule: 5, 8Hr 07:00 - 15:30 (no weekends; no holidays)
Call: Late stay sign up required
Duration: 13-weeks
Types of cases: Surgical Services: General, GYN, Breast/Plastics, Urology, Ortho, Podiatry, Eyes
REQUIREMENTS:
• Certs: BLS and VA license. (ACLS and CNOR preferred)
• 2 years of OR RN experience

FLU VACCINE:
o The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).
o If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical FLU exemption, it will be responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
