Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a Level I trauma General OR unit requiring rotational day/night shifts, weekends, and call coverage.

Details

• Work in a Level I trauma General Operating Room unit
• 4x10 or 4x12 rotational day/night and variable shifts
• Weekend shifts scheduled as 12-hour shifts, with 8 or 10-hour shifts scheduled during the same week to meet contracted hours
• Call responsibilities required
• Uses Epic for charting
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• AHA-issued certifications only
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Primary source verification of license/certifications required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a Level I trauma general OR setting
• Schedule may include being called in on days not otherwise needed for night shifts
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston may be considered at a reduced rate
• No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation or paid parking lots required
• Timekeeping managed through UKG/Kronos
