Job Summary Outpatient Physical Therapist in Ukiah, California. This role involves developing and implementing treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical functions, serving as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary care team. The position is offered on a rotating shift schedule for a specified temporary period.
Job Details
Position Description: Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent; Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor; 0 years of experience in the specialty; Valid drivers license.
Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a variable start time between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, no weekends, no call time.
Additional Information: Completes evaluations ensuring quality standards, develops individualized treatment and discharge plans, and maintains comprehensive clinical documentation. Supervises assigned assistants and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must have current physical therapy licensure and BLS certification.
