Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Professional (Nurse, Therapist, or other HCP) for a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) position located in Fresno, California. This role involves providing post-operative care to patients in a fast-paced ICU and trauma-level environment, with an emphasis on PACU inpatient experience, pediatric care, and stroke management. The position offers a daytime shift that requires dedication to patient safety and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications, appropriate education, and licensure for the state of California. Experience in ICU, PACU inpatient care, or trauma Level 1 or 2 units. Pediatric experience and NIH-Stroke protocol familiarity preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PEDS (Pediatric) patients and stroke protocols is highly advantageous.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment requiring clinical proficiency in ICU and trauma care, along with PACU inpatient experience. The role entails following proper SOPs and safety guidelines pertinent to high-acuity patient care.
