Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intermediate/progressive care unit setting
• Manage and monitor patients requiring transplant care
• Perform and oversee peritoneal dialysis procedures and related patient management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of IMC/PCU/Stepdown specialty experience within the past 3 years
• Transplant experience required
• Peritoneal dialysis experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity progressive care or stepdown environment
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced hospital setting
