Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT. We are seeking dedicated RNs with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a stepdown unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required.
• Strongly prefer candidates with travel experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Active nursing license required prior to start date; pending licenses accepted.
• Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Every other weekend availability is required.
• RTO greater than 7 days requires approval.
