Travel Pharmacist - $3,180 per week in Ukiah, CA

Monitor patient medication therapies. Provide drug information. Identify and troubleshoot potential medication safety hazards. Document all interactions for medical review. Supervise and direct support personnel. Ensure medication therapy is efficacious, safe, cost-effective, and achieves the best therapeutic outcomes. Assure medication prescribing is optimal with respect to indication, dose, route, frequency, and history of allergy. Conduct and manage daily reports on medication utilization. Perform quality assurance procedures in related work areas. Participate in all pharmacy-related tasks and programs. Expedite changes to meet regulatory, accrediting, licensing, and government agency standards. Participate in cost savings initiatives. Comply with drug formulary and appropriate documentation. Collaborate with leadership to purchase and procure medications and related supplies. Assist in making recommendations on process improvement or development of new pharmacy services. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Commit to the safety and wellbeing of associates and patients. Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter.
