Travel Pharmacist - $3,306 per week in Toledo, OH

Job Title: Pharmacist Outpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Outpatient Pharmacy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum of 1 year Acute experience required License: Must have MI license in hand; Pending OH license is acceptable Certifications: RPh, Non-sterile compounding required Must-Have: Epic charting experience required Description: Shifts would either be from 07:30 to 16:00 or from 09:00 to 17:30. Every third weekend is required. Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Staffing ratio during days is 1:2. Staffing ratio on weekends is 1:1. Volume typically ranges from 250 to 300 prescriptions per day. Knowledge of Epic Willow Ambulatory pharmacy software is a major plus. The unit is open to first-time travelers. Floating to other units and/or facilities may be required. Travelers must be prepared for background checks, which may take 4 to 6 weeks for processing. Clinical schedules may change with two weeks' notice to balance workloads. Two references from within the last 24 months are required for all candidates. Medical and religious exemptions are accepted for required vaccines.
