Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (7:00/7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM) with rotating weekends every 3rd weekend (Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services supporting ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department units
• Operate independently, particularly during weekend shifts, ensuring continuity of pharmaceutical care
• Review, verify, and dispense medication orders in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff across multiple departments to ensure safe and effective medication management
• Utilize pharmacy and medication dispensing systems to accurately process and track orders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current hospital-based pharmacy experience (required)
• Active New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (may apply at time of offer)
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification (required)
• Ability to work independently, including unsupervised weekend shifts
• Completed pharmacist skills checklist (required document)
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past year of employment (required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2–5 years of total pharmacy experience, with critical access hospital experience highly preferred
• Experience with Meditech pharmacy information system highly preferred
• Familiarity with Omnicell medication dispensing systems a plus
• Previous travel assignment experience highly preferred
