Key Responsibilities

• Verify and fill orders for medications in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical drug information
• Identify and troubleshoot potential medication safety hazards
• Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions for medical review
• Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice
• All licensures and certifications required to fulfill Pharmacist duties at the state level
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), HeartCode ACLS, or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS), HeartCode BLS, or equivalent
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), HeartCode PALS, or equivalent

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• One or more years of technical pharmacy experience
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
