    Job Title

    Clinical Pharmacist

    Location

    Memphis, TN

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Weekends as needed

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to evaluate and improve medication usage and therapeutic outcomes
    • Process orders and prescriptions to provide medications and pharmaceutical supplies ordered by physicians and authorized medical practitioners
    • Advise physicians, healthcare staff, and patients on the safe administration of medications
    • Follow established policies and procedures for medication safety, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance activities
    • Participate in the development of and ensure compliance with pharmacy scope of practice standards
    • Perform other job functions as assigned or requested
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of recent clinical pharmacy experience required
    • Pediatrics experience required
    • Active Tennessee Pharmacist license required at time of submission
    • Valid driver's license required at time of submission
    • Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines; pending licenses not accepted
    • At least one prior travel assignment completed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 3 or more years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
    • Experience working in a pediatric hospital or Level I Pediatric Trauma Center setting
    • EPIC electronic health records experience preferred
