- Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment interventions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree EMR and Scribe AI-powered technology
- The caseload typically involves approximately 10-12 patient visits daily, emphasizing patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and team collaboration
