Job Details:
- Location: Midland, TX
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with various conditions, develop individualized care plans
- Perform evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and employers
- Participate in occupational medicine services such as physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary function testing, and fitness-for-duty assessments
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercise programs
- Document patient care utilizing the Raintree EMR platform and Scribe AI-powered documentation technology
- Maintain a manageable caseload, typically around 50 visits per week for full-time clinicians
