TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Clarksville, Tennessee.
*NEED someone with Pelvic Experience*
If candidate is local (within 50-miles from the facility) BR will be at the local rate
Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads? no
Will accept First Time Travelers? yes
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Float to other clinics: no
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
Shift: 7am-3:30pm
