Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients using skilled physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Accurately and timely document all therapy services in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and applicable state and federal regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying facility environments, schedules, and patient populations
