Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing outpatient orthopedic care to a diverse patient population. This role requires effective communication and treatment planning skills, adhering to productivity expectations, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practices.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day.
• Utilize double-booking for follow-up visits to manage patient flows effectively.

Required Experience

Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred. No new graduates will be considered for this position.

Certifications/Licensure

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. Certification in CPR is preferred but not mandatory.
