Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Bellville, Illinois. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating therapy services to promote functional recovery. The position offers a flexible daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with an emphasis on sports therapy and patient safety.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; valid license to practice in Illinois; minimum 0 years of experience (experience required: 2 years)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sports physical therapy and prior experience with the organization is highly desired; familiarity with clinical reasoning and treatment plan development; participation in student programs and ongoing professional development
• Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop patient-centered treatment plans, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely. The role includes fostering a positive learning environment for students and engaging in professional growth activities. adherence to organizational and state practice regulations is essential. Emphasis on safety practices across clinical operations, including patient handling and infection control, is a priority.
