Key Experience and Skills Required

• Experience in outpatient case management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants

Patient Ratios / Productivity

Manage a patient load of 10–11 patients.

Evaluation and Treatment Times

Evaluations are scheduled in 30-minute blocks, with treatment sessions lasting approximately 1 to 1.25 hours.

Patient Population

This position will involve working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Experience Required

A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred. New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Schedule Details

The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.

• Monday and Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Documentation System

The clinic utilizes NextGen for documentation.

Staff Support

This role involves working as a solo Physical Therapist with support from one Physical Therapist Assistant.
