Key Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians
• Provide general supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR
• Operate within departmental policies and procedures regarding referral and standards of treatment under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership
• Perform duties in a manner consistent with established mission, values, and service standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• BLS certification — American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1 through April 1; exemptions must be client approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating adult and geriatric patient populations
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Patient-focused approach with strong team collaboration skills
