Job Details:
Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable state license; successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)
Additional Information: Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and insurance requirements, documenting accurately and promptly, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. Participation in student programs and ongoing professional development is encouraged. The candidate must adhere to all relevant state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
