Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; valid and active license for the State of Georgia.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously; successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans focused on patient discharge. Maintains accurate and timely medical record documentation in accordance with regulations. Participates in student programs, professional development, and complies with State Practice Act and licensure requirements. Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement and safety initiatives, including safe patient handling and infectious disease management.
