Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and provide follow-up visits scheduled every 30 minutes with hour-long treatment times
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55 visits per week at 4.5 units per visit
• Treat a general orthopedic and light neurological patient population, including workers' compensation cases
• Document clinical notes using the NextGen documentation system, supported by an AI scribe tool
• Float between two clinic locations on a set schedule as needed
• Collaborate with PTAs, rehab aides, and front office coordinators to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required; new graduates are not accepted
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of approximately 55 visits per week
• Willingness and ability to float between two clinic locations on a defined schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Workers' compensation case experience strongly preferred
• Experience with general orthopedic and light neurological patient populations
• Familiarity with the NextGen documentation platform
