Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population
• Manage an expected caseload of 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care using the Raintree EMR system
• Maintain availability for at least two evening shifts per week, with hours extending until 7:30 PM
• Complete required pre-assignment HealthStream modules related to EMR and documentation prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist (PT) license required (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience outside of a hospital setting, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Ability to commit to a 13–26 week contract with a 30-day cancellation notice requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Raintree EMR or similar outpatient documentation platforms
• Experience in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine setting
• Comfort working flexible schedules including early mornings and evenings
