Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Conroe, Texas. The role involves planning, evaluating, and implementing developmentally appropriate physical therapy treatment programs for patients from neonate to adulthood in an outpatient setting. The therapist will collaborate with patients and their families, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team, primarily working in a developmental therapy clinic.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; optional 12-hour shifts on Monday, Thursday, Friday (7:00 AM 7:00 PM).
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy; State of Texas licensure; 2 years of pediatric, womens health, orthopedics, or sports medicine clinical experience OR 1 year of residency in these specialties; successful demonstration of professional competencies; ability to develop and follow therapy plans of care; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with basic office equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Clinical advancement candidate rated as exceptional or consistently exceptional on the previous performance appraisal; prior outpatient pediatric experience preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires managing a schedule effectively to meet productivity guidelines, coordinating treatment plans with care team members, and demonstrating advanced clinical competencies in pediatric rehabilitative care. Remote documentation may be permitted for 12-hour shift schedule. The role is based at the outpatient developmental therapy clinic located on the 2nd floor of the outpatient building in The Woodlands Campus.
