Job Details

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for Colorado; demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans; model behaviors aligned with the organizations Mission Statement and Core Values; ability to document accurately and in a timely manner according to regulatory standards; commitment to patient and employee safety; participation in professional development activities; compliance with state Practice Act and licensure requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment experience with the organization or in outpatient therapy settings for 6 months or more; experience working with diverse patient populations; involvement in professional organizations.
