Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient - LITTLETON, Colorado. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating and treating patients to promote functional recovery and safe return to community activities. The role encompasses developing individualized treatment plans, performing timely documentation, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable licensure for the State of Colorado, 0 years minimum experience.
• Participates in student program as assigned, providing supervision and education to students.
• Creates and follows a professional development plan, pursuing continuing education and professional activities.
• Adheres to the State Practice Act and maintains licensure in good standing, completing mandated continuing education.
• Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment plans, and documents in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Promotes patient and employee safety in all clinical operations, following safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates behaviors aligned with organizational values, including teamwork, results-oriented approach, and safety consciousness.
