- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
- Preferred Qualifications: 6 months' to 1+ year of outpatient experience is highly desired
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information:
- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment goals aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
- Ensures documentation is accurate, complete, and timely, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical necessity letters, adhering to compliance standards.
- Provides supervision and support to students participating in educational programs.
- Maintains professional licensure in good standing and participates in continuing education activities to support professional growth.
- Follows all organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety policies, including safe patient handling and infection control.
- Performs duties in accordance with state practice acts and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical and professional conduct.
