Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Expected 32 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services on an inpatient rehabilitation unit serving a diverse patient population including neurological, orthopedic, and debility diagnoses
• Manage a caseload of up to 5 patients per day within a 16-bed inpatient rehab setting
• Document patient care and progress using the Cerner EHR system
• Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Assist on the acute care unit as needed per float requirements
• Participate in weekend coverage approximately once per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment
• No on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and debility patient populations
• Comfortable floating to acute care settings as needed
