Job Details:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient physical therapy and relevant clinical certifications if applicable
Additional Information: The credentialing process requires completion of documentation with the organization outside of the agencys clearance packet before the start date. Use of provided equipment during interviews and a dress code will be specified on the first day. Parking will be provided during the first day of the assignment.
