Job Details
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Schedule: Days / Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; neurology specialty; skills necessary to evaluate and treat patients with neurological conditions; current professional licensure in good standing; ability to adhere to state practice act and regulatory guidelines; commitment to ethical practice and professional development
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; participation in professional organizations; familiarity with documentation standards and insurance requirements
- Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans targeting patient discharge goals, and ensure accurate medical record documentation. The role includes participating in student training programs, pursuing ongoing professional development, and following organizational performance improvement initiatives. Safety awareness and adherence to clinic guidelines are essential, with attention to safe patient handling, infectious disease prevention, and slip/trip prevention.
