Job Summary: Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient in Sioux City, Iowa. This position involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide outpatient therapy services to patients. The role requires flexibility to float within the same discipline across local campuses and involves delivering patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: One (1) year of previous experience, at least one travel contract completed preferred; Iowa state license required; BLS (AHA) certification required; Epic experience preferred; Work history/resume required; Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission; Copy of required certifications preferred; References - 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission; Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
Additional Information:
Submission requirements include drivers license and skills checklist.
The candidate may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Orientation scheduled for every Monday.
Start date: 08/31/2026.
No call or weekend work required.
Certifications: BLS (AHA).
