Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Deliver specialized rehabilitation care for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, debility, and related conditions
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient independence, function, and quality of life
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using EPIC and Rehab Connect EHR systems
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patients throughout their recovery journey
• Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating basis, approximately once per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license and certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and EHR systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Cooperative, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC and/or Rehab Connect electronic health record platforms
• Experience treating patients with stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, or debility diagnoses
